Is it really free?

The basic check is free and needs no sign-up: MVS registration history, stolen-vehicle check, safety recalls, vehicle passport, verdict and an approximate market price. The full Pro report — with US auction details and official mileage — is paid. So you get the essentials for free and pay for the deep data only when you actually need it.

Where does the data come from?

Official and open sources: the vehicle registry of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the stolen-vehicle database of the National Police, US NHTSA databases (VIN decode and safety recalls), plus the US auction archives of Copart and IAAI (for the Pro report).

Can I see the owner?

No. Open data contains no names or contacts — only the owner type (individual/company). We never collect or show personal data.

Why does the history start in 2021?

VINs appeared in Ukrainian open data only in July 2021. Older records (2013–2020) are recovered via the plate number and make, so they are marked separately and may be incomplete. There is no open data before 2013 at all.

Why is my car not in the database?

Most common reasons: no registration actions since 2013; the car was just imported; you searched by plate while the latest actions happened after 2025. Try searching by VIN — it is the most reliable.
